Terms of Service

These terms apply to MadameFX Studio and the preset packs sold for it, provided by Ariyan, an individual based in Estonia, trading as Madame AI ("we", "us"). Help: [email protected]. 1. The app

MadameFX Studio is a free Windows video editor. You may install and use it for personal and commercial work. You may not decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app.

2. Preset packs

Preset packs are digital content (motion graphics, transitions, titles, effects and similar) created by us. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the presets in your own video projects, including commercial projects and client work. You may not resell, share, extract or redistribute the presets themselves, or include them in other template or preset products.

3. Purchases and payment

You buy packs directly from us: the seller is Ariyan, an individual based in Estonia, trading as Madame AI. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; we are responsible for VAT and for customer service. You can pay by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) or in cryptocurrency (Litecoin or BNB). Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor: Stripe handles the card details and we never see your card number, but Stripe is not the seller. 4. Delivery

Packs are delivered digitally: they unlock in the app on the account used for the purchase, usually immediately.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy (14 days). Card payments are refunded in full to your original payment method through Stripe.

6. Accounts

Keep your account details safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or redistribution of our presets.

7. Warranty and liability

The app and packs are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Estonian law.

8. Support payments

Payments made through “Support Madame AI” (the tip jar on ai-madame.academy) are voluntary one-time payments for our free content. They are not charitable gifts and are not tax-deductible. They can unlock a supporter badge on your account; they do not buy a pack. You can get a full refund within 14 days by emailing [email protected] (see the Refund Policy).

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
