Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Ariyan, an individual based in Estonia, trading as Madame AI collects through ai-madame.academy, its apps and MadameFX Studio. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in data when you create an account.
• Purchases: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We keep the order, the amount, the VAT, your billing country and the payment reference for our accounts. For crypto payments we keep the transaction ID and the sending address.
• Messages: emails you send us and "get notified" sign-ups.
• Crash and problem reports: only if you choose to send them from the app.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and to keep the service running.

Why

To provide your account, unlock what you bought, send account and service emails, give support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — card payment processing and fraud prevention (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland; its own privacy policy applies to the card data you give it).
• Sanctions screening — the sending address of a crypto payment is checked against the US Treasury OFAC SDN list, which our server downloads itself (no address is sent to anyone for this). If we enable it, the address may also be checked with Chainalysis's sanctions screening service.
• Brevo — sending account and service emails.
• Cloudflare — website delivery and security.
• Our own server, which hosts the website and accounts.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a few strictly necessary cookies. No advertising cookies.

How long

Account data is kept while your account exists; purchase records as long as the law requires.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
